As post-COVID wanderlust surged, an unexpected roadblock emerged: expired passports (especially for families with kids). Many countries often reject passports within six months of expiration, derailing dream trips before they start. Instead of expected warnings from the U.S State Dept., we delivered wonder by creating a trio of cozy characters reminding travelers that a valid passport is Your Pass To A World of Wonder. 🐢 🌎
We released our cozy characters across airports around the country from LAX to JFK.
